These Terms apply to your use of lossantos-customs.shop and to quotations, product orders and services provided by Los Santos Customs Shop. A separate written quotation, invoice or work order may include additional terms. By approving an order or service, you agree to the applicable terms.
1. Quotations and appointments
Website content and initial messages are general information, not a binding quotation. Prices, labor, availability, lead time and service location are confirmed in writing. Estimates may change if inspection reveals different vehicle conditions, missing components or additional work. Appointments are subject to technician and parts availability.
2. Orders and payment
An order is accepted only after we confirm it and any required payment or deposit is received. Payment methods and due dates will appear on the quotation or invoice. Do not send payment to an account or link that has not been confirmed through our official contact details.
3. Parts, fitment and variations
Customers must provide accurate vehicle information, including model, year, variant and relevant modifications. Compatibility may depend on measurements and physical inspection. Product colors, finishes, packaging and small details may differ from screen images or supplier batches. We may recommend additional hardware or adjustments required for safe fitment.
4. Customer-supplied parts
We may decline to install a customer-supplied part that appears incompatible, damaged, incomplete, unsafe or unsuitable. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we do not warrant customer-supplied parts and are not responsible for defects inherent in them.
5. Installation and vehicle condition
You authorize reasonable work required for the approved service. Pre-existing wear, corrosion, prior repairs, hidden damage or non-standard modifications can affect the result, time and cost. We will seek approval before material additional work whenever reasonably possible.
6. Warranties
Manufacturer or supplier warranties, if any, are subject to their own terms. Any workmanship coverage provided by us must be stated on the relevant quotation, invoice or work order. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, accidents, competition use, unauthorized adjustment, normal wear, external damage, missed maintenance, or faults unrelated to our work.
7. Cancellations and returns
Cancellation, deposit and return eligibility depends on whether parts were specially ordered, shipped, installed or modified. Custom, made-to-order, electrical, used or installed parts may be non-returnable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Approved returns may require original condition and packaging and may be subject to supplier or delivery costs.
8. Road use and compliance
Vehicle modification rules vary by location. The customer is responsible for registration, inspection, insurance and legal road use. Some parts may be intended only for display, off-road or closed-course use. We do not encourage unsafe or unlawful driving. Follow applicable rules and manufacturer safety guidance.
9. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any remedy will be assessed according to the specific product, service, written agreement and applicable law.
10. Website information
We try to keep website information accurate, but availability, specifications and pricing may change. Links or communications using third-party platforms are subject to those providers' terms. Website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
11. Intellectual-property disclaimer
Los Santos Customs Shop operates as an independent automotive business. References to vehicle makes, models or third-party products are for identification and compatibility purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer, entertainment company, game publisher or unrelated trademark owner unless expressly stated in writing.
